What We Inspect
Siding, windows, gutters, decks, patios, walls, ceilings, floors, doors, stairways and railings.
Type of equipment, size, fuel source, condition and function.
Basement foundation and crawl spaces.
Type of fireplace and condition.
Roof type, attic insulation and venting, floor and roof structure, building support system.
Electrical service entry, size, supply and distribution, grounding, bonding, outlets and GFCI testing.
Water supply and pressure, piping type, water heaters, sinks/tubs/showers, fixtures.
Our home inspections typically take between one and half (1 ½) and four (4) hours in duration. You are welcome to accompany us through as much of the home inspection as you wish. It is a great way to further familiarize yourself with your new home, to obtain a sense of some of the potential maintenance concerns and to learn more about the true condition of the home. Once the inspection is complete, we will have a comprehensive home inspection report ready for you within 24 hours.
